Printer settings with Word

Can anyone help?  When I wanted to print more than one copy of a document I just used to Ctrl+P and then use the up arrow to increase the number of copies (that was with MS Office 2007)....

Glad you're sorted Nina, but don't you have "amount of copies" in your printer programme set up? When I want to do more than one, after preferences and before PRINT, it says "select number of copies"...

Thats how I choose my number of copies Jacky.. I was bemused by the keyboard method described.  May try the other way to see how nit works! sandra

I think that is the same as I'm doing Jacqui, it's just that I use the keyboard rather than having to pick up the mouse to do it. Try using the keyboard short cuts, the really are quicker once you get...

I've no idea how to use them Nina, plus I have to select how I want to print, from a cassette or from the rear tray, have to do that with a mouse anyway. I suppose it depends what you're used to, my...

If you look in the menus the letters and symbols to the right of the command are the keyboard shortcuts for that command. I've got a hand on the trackball just as much as on the keyboard so find it...
